Bay Shore Systems, Inc. recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of the personal information that we collect from customers and prospective customers.  We do not share, sell, or rent any of the information collected to any third parties and do not intend to do so in the future. 

This statement discloses what information we collect and how we use, disclose and store your personal information, as well as how you can contact us and get access to your information. Our privacy policy applies to all your dealings with us whether the dealing is through a personal visit to our facility, by telephone, mail, email or our website.

Information Collected

Personal information is collected by us if you fill out rental/hire forms, credit applications, request information or submit information via our website, phone, email, mail or personal visit.  We also collect personal information from credit reporting agencies and from searches we conduct, including UCC filings and the PPS Register.  This information may be saved by us.

This notice addresses only the policy of Bay Shore Systems website and not sites that users access via links from our site. Bay Shore Systems is not responsible for the information collection policies of other sites, nor for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our website, nor for the information or content contained therein. Updating, Correcting and Deleting Personal Information

If you would like to have your personal information removed from our records, please send an email with “remove personal information” in the subject line.  Upon receipt, we will remove all but that personal information which is necessary to any ongoing or pending transaction.

We store information in different ways, including hard copies and electronic form. We take reasonable care to ensure that the personal information about you is protected from loss, misuse or alteration. We also have electronic security systems in place to protect your personal information.

Bay Shore Systems may disclose information when:
We are legally compelled to do so; in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.

You are in default of a contractual commitment in which case we may need to release your details and the relevant history of your transactions with us to our legal advisers, debt collection agencies, credit reference bodies or other relevant entity.

We use a third party service provider to send promotional material to you.  This information will be provided to them on a confidential basis and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that it is dealt with according to the same high privacy standards as we use.

Other than the purposes above, we will not disclose the information without your consent or as required by law.
