At Bay Shore Systems, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak impacting communities across the globe, and our hearts go out to all those affected. Following actions taken by the recommendations of the WHO, CDC, and other global international authorities along with recent announcements from the United States Federal Government and local agencies, we have taken additional steps to continue to preserve the health and safety of our customers, employees, business partners and all those we interact with and serve.
We will continue to strive to meet the expectations of our customers and do our best to meet delivery dates while being sensitive to all parties. While we don’t have any confirmed cases among Bay Shore Systems employees, we’re responding to the evolving situation. Out of care and concern for all, beginning Monday, March 16 through April 6th, Bay Shore Systems will ask that customers and vendors planning travel to our facilities delay non-essential trips and utilize telecommunications for interactions. Reciprocally, Bay Shore Systems’ service and sales staff will also utilize caution traveling to customer and partner locations only in the event of emergency (e.g. equipment down).
We have a deep responsibility to keep your projects up and running and we feel that working collectively to ensure a responsible work environment for all, creates and enables a productive future. We understand this is a challenging and unprecedented situation, and we will adapt as needed.
