Annual Bay Shore Systems Charity Golf Tournament

Bay Shore Systems Raises More than $30K at 21st Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Thank you to the sold-out crowd of golfers, sponsors and supporters of the 21st Annual Bay Shore Systems Charity Golf Tournament at the Prairie Falls Golf Club on July 14th. We far surpassed our goal of $25,000 with $30,000 raised for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Inland Northwest (RMHC). RMHC is celebrating 31 years of a home away from home for Inland Northwest families with critically ill or injured children.  RHMC accomplishes this through three services: the Ronald McDonald House in Spokane, Ronald McDonald Family Rooms in Kootenai Health, Sacred Heart and Multicare Deaconess hospitals, two Ronald McDonald Care Mobiles and a new Ronald McDonald House currently under construction on the Kootenai Health campus.
In more than 20 years, the Bay Shore Systems charity golf tournament has raised more than $200,000 for local charities. Major sponsors of this year’s tournament Wylie Drilling, Scott Powerline & Utility Equipment, Pacific Steel, Midwest Drilled Foundations & Engineering, Farmersville Foundation Tooling, Wheeler Industries, Modern Machinery, R.M. Specialties, Acme Machine Works.
“We are grateful for the support of our sponsors, vendors, employees, volunteers and supporters who make this tournament a success,” said Adam Minatre, President of Bay Shore Systems. “Proceeds from events such as this provide important funding for services that the Ronald McDonalds House provides such as temporary lodging, comfort, and support for families with children accessing medical services.”
Golfers enjoyed a hot day on the links, a delicious breakfast and lunch buffet provided by The Collective Kitchen, along with encouraging comments from Melissa Luna, RMHC Development Director, two raffles and an auction that raised more than $5,000 in cash.
“We are incredibly grateful for this generous donation from the Bay Shores Systems Charity Golf tournament! This donation will ease the minds of many Inland Northwest families who know they can access our support systems regardless of their ability to pay,” said Melissa Luna, RMHC Development Director. “Thank you on behalf of all of the families we are currently impacting and also on behalf of those who don’t yet know they will need us.”

Congratulations to the winners of this year’s tournament from Stellar Industrial Supply: Gina Connors, Garrett Millstead, Greg Bradley and Mike St. Pierre.
