Put your Bay Shore Rig in the 2027 Calendar

The Bay Shore Systems calendar is back, and we want to see where your equipment has been working.

Send us your best photos of Bay Shore rigs on real jobsites—challenging terrain, tight-access work, unusual locations, impressive projects or scenery worth putting in a calendar.

The top three entries will receive:
First: $2,000 USD
Second: $1,000 USD
Third: $500 USD

Submissions close Tuesday, September 1, 2026,
at 11:59pm Pacific Time

Please include:

Required Acknowledgement

Please review the Photo Submission Acknowledgement and Release and the Official Contest Rules below.
Your submission email must include the following statement:

“I have read and agree to the Photo Submission Acknowledgement and Release”

Entries are not complete or eligible for consideration until Bay Shore Systems receives this acknowledgement from the person submitting the photograph.

Calendar Photo Contest Rules

  1. The contest begins on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.
  2. Email submission to: [email protected]. Include the following information with submission:
    1. Email subject: 2027 Calendar photo contest
    2. Entrant’s full name
    3. Company name, if applicable
    4. Bay Shore rig model, if known
    5. General project or jobsite location
    6. Any available project details, such as hole diameter, drilling depth, number of holes, hours worked or miles tracked
  3. Each entrant must read and acknowledge the Photo Submission Acknowledgement and Release. To complete an entry, the entrant must send the statement: “I have read and agree to the Photo Submission Acknowledgement and Release”. Entries will not be considered complete or eligible for selection until Bay Shore Systems receives this acknowledgment from the person submitting the photo.
  4. Entrants may submit multiple photographs. Each photograph will be treated as a separate entry.
  5. Submitted photographs should:
    1. Accurately represent the equipment and jobsite shown
    2. Bay Shore Systems may request the original, unedited or full-resolution image before confirming a winning or calendar selection
  6. Images generated entirely or materially using generative artificial intelligence are not eligible.
  7. Bay Shore Systems will determine, in its reasonable judgment, whether an image has been materially altered.
  8. By entering, each entrant grants Bay Shore Systems and its affiliated companies a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the submitted photograph in various Bay Shore Systems promotional or marketing materials.
  9. Eligible entries will be reviewed by Bay Shore Systems management and other individuals selected by Bay Shore Systems.
  10. All selections are made at the sole discretion of Bay Shore Systems, and all decisions are final.
  11. Bay Shore Systems may select additional photographs for inclusion in the 2027 calendar or other marketing materials. Selection for the calendar does not necessarily mean the photograph is one of the three cash-prize winners.
  12. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the following prizes will be awarded:
    1. First Place: $2,000 USD
    2. Second Place: $1,000 USD
    3. Third Place: $500 USD
  13. Potential winners will be notified using the email address or telephone number provided with their entry, before September 30, 2026.
  14. Bay Shore Systems expects to select approximately 14 photographs for inclusion in the 2027 calendar, but reserves the right to select more or fewer photographs.
  15. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize authorizes Bay Shore Systems to use the winning photo’s company name, city and state or region, photograph, project description, statements and likeness for contest announcements, public relations, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
