TR60 Excavator LōDril Overview

Over the last 6 years, Bay Shore Systems has built over 130 rigs from their acclaimed TR Series, which is comprised of an impressive lineup of high-quality, hydraulic rigs.  Boasting a 65,000 ft-lb rotary torque, a maximum hole depth of 80 feet (24.4 meters), and equipped with a fully integrated kelly winch, the powerful TR60 is a crucial member of the TR Series.

As customizable as it is efficient, this rig is available in a variety of mounting options, including truck, track, and excavator, giving you the freedom to decide how you want to drill.  Looking to reduce excess noise on the jobsite, while also reducing your environmental impact?  Then, you might consider using a truck as your carrier and tapping into its main engine during operation.

By going the track-mounted route, on the other hand, you eliminate the need to reset your outriggers on every hole, which means saving valuable time.  Finally, if you will be working under difficult conditions and accessing the rig’s full capabilities is your main priority, then consider opting for an excavator as its base, which will allow you to maximize its range, pivoting ability, and reach.

Fully integrated Kelly Winch

100% hydraulic, with a fully integrated Kelly Winch, and three different mounted solutions available (truck, track, or excavator), the TR60 gives you more freedom than ever to choose how you approach the job.  For more information on the TR60, contact Bay Shore Systems today.

Electric-over-Hydraulic (EOH) Control System

Bay Shore System’s drill rigs have always remained on the very cutting edge of technology and their new EOH System is no exception. By moving away from the more traditional pilot-controlled hydraulic systems in favor of ones that are controlled electronically, Bay Shore’s rigs are now compatible with the EOH excavators that have come to be seen as the standard as of late. In addition to ensuring that all Bay Shore attachments can be mounted on the excavator of your choice, this new EOH Control System has other benefits as well. One of which is its streamlined control functionality, which operates by use of a digital touch screen, allowing the operator to change settings on the fly. This innovative feature, coupled with the system’s new advanced troubleshooting capabilities, which include near-instantaneous feedback, will drastically reduce your downtime, allowing you to resolve issues that in the past would have taken a day in only a few hours.
